The sole topic of this brief meeting is to review the draft of the optics bid package and discuss changes suggested by team members after a first reading. Tom and Darren are out of town this week. After a brief discussion, the action items are as follows:

1. Tom needs to make a drawing for the 2nd red flat mirror on his return Monday.

2. Paul Byard will continue to edi the bid package as per suggestions from the team members.

3. Bruce Atwood will review the draft generated by Paul.

4. Pat will talk to university personnel regarding handling the legal side of sending out the bid package to make sure we have satisfied all university rules.
