The Ohio State University College of Mathematical & Physical Sciences Department of Astronomy

The optics bid package was thoroughly reviewed and edited by Darren and Paul last week. Darren consulted with the University Purchasing Office, who approved of our plan, and have offered to help prepare further documentation in the event that 2 or more vendors come back with competetive bids for the entire package. They will also help us with sole-source justification letters when the time comes.

The final optics bid package was sent out today.
