MODS Team Progress Report

Attendees: Pat Osmer, Darren DePoy, Mark Derwent, Dan Papallardo, Paul Byard, Carrie Lewis, Abiye Lakew, & Rick Pogge

Most of the meeting was devoted to LBT Aluminization issues.

MODS Project Management

Darren DePoy reported on the first stages of the MODS project management review being undertaken with considerable help from Carrie and Abiye. The first run of monster Gantt charts with the first-cut at the new MODS1 project plan are papering the halls in the lab area near Darren's office.

The Action Items for everyone are to look over these charts and answer the following questions:

  1. Are the time estimates for the task correct?
  2. Are the assignments correct?
  3. What is missing/extra/unnecessary?
These will assist Darren and Carrie in the next phases of assigning priorities and order to the tasks.
