Summary: We didn't open due to high winds, with gusts > 20 m/s

- Got 25 biases

- Started 2 darks OB
- Wind is too high, > 15 m/s in weather station, so can't open right after sunset
- David says that actual wind speed is usually ~20% higher than weather station, 
which puts us now right above the 18 m/s safe limit.

- Wind gusts > 20 m/s all night
- Called it a night
