Summary: 

Relatively thick cloud cover with brief periods of light rain.

Details: 

UT 03:00

 - closed: overcast and some nearby rainstorms at sunset 
 - LBCB had warmed up some and lost vacuum during the day and 
   is still equilibrating 

UT 03:30 

 - bias frames with both cameras, although LBCB still looks a little 
   warmer than nominal

UT 04:00 

- focus sequence through thick clouds 

UT 04:30

- trying OSUrotation
- clouded over during setup
- closed dome due to clouds, some rain 

UT 10:30

- reopened, setup on OSUMonitor/N6503
- observed OSUMonitor/N6503. Blue seeing 2.5", red is out of focus 
  as telescope elevation is below nominal limit
- observed OSUrotation with ~1.6", although sky getting bright
