Summary:

Fairly clear at sunset, except for some clouds on western horizon. 

Lost about 1hr of dark time and 1hr of twilight (for flats, collimation) 
at the start of the night. Lost another 30min to LBC and another 30min 
to telescope issues. Total lost about 2hr of dark time, split 50/50 between 
telescope and LBC issues.
