 Summary:

We had high winds at the beginning of the night, but they calmed down around
the end of twilight.  We spent most of the night observing a number of
OSU_Monitor targets.  In the middle of the night we attempted to observe two
targets for OSU_cc, but the seeing became progressively worse, eventually
rising above the program's requirements, so we abandoned the second target.
