There seems to be a slight issue with the GCS (getting hung up) when the sky is bright, but it seems to be working fine now. 01:05: still quite bright but lets sit on the std until the sky darkens. acqMODS feige110.acq When we started to expose GCS died. Called Dave, told "red fitsflush" in gui commmand line Re-did slit alignment as always, and it did NOT WORK. Something is wrong but we will move on because this is wasting time! So we cut the sequence short and moved on to another target to not waste this good seeing... 12:12: OSU_monitor/N4258c collimation script keeps alternating, after the 7th time we stopped it (and backed out "dofpia, /backout"), co-pointed and then started the observations. The co-pointing image showed that the seeing was good and the psf in the red did not look horrible. If we waste any more time we will be pushing twilight too hard and the data will not be useful anyway. seeing ~0.55-0.7 After the sequence ended we just started it again. It is already in 12 degree twilight so we will keep exposing until the sky background increases and we will start taking sky flats. 13:21: Sky increasing, switching to flats ***Light cirrus (we only saw after the sun came up)*** g z flats (last g saturated) V R flats Uspec r Flats (looks r saturated half way through, but Uspec is ok...
