Observing log for 02-09 2013

Sunset: Cloud bank in the west has persisted since noon.  However, 
moderate winds have begun to to break them up into cirrus.  Hopefully 
weather continues to improve.  On the cusp of wind closure...  
30% chance of snow... but its source is a mystery.
