Details:

Conditions at sunset:  some clouds around horizon, stable temerature, little wind. 

took a few test biases, do not use these for reduction. 


Evening Skyflats:  Uspec and Yfan; V and R

      mirror and outside. Moving to OSU_monitor-N4214 to try a different focus field.
