Summary:
Light to moderate cirrus throughout the entire night.  Seeing started off at ~1.1 arcsec, 
then jumped to ~1.3 arcsec, and then 1.5-1.8"
Started with LBC, clouds came in thicker so moved to MODS.  Dome was shut for
a bit then opened to variable seeing and clouds.

obtained data on OSU_Monitor/N925 and OSU_LensedQSOs/he0435 however,
these are likely not science quality due to heavier clouds. They have not been
removed from the queue.

 During re-configuration to LBC Rick ran some engineering tests to 
 looking into MODS issues with the IMCS

06:13 started observation after manual slit imaging.
06:56 starting acquisition on OSU_RV/m35w_15006

07:33 starting acq on ASN13db
07:43 started obs, uped integration to 600s per image due to 
       slit looses and clouds.  Seeing ~1.4"
       took Ne lamp in red and Ar lamp in blue following the observation
       mods1r.20131203.0028 & 29 were label as ASN13db but were the Ne lamp

08:56 started obs on OSU_ETG/ngc2768 seeing ~1.8"

09:18 seeing ~1.5" lines evident in spectrum.
09:38 last 2 images in ngc2768 hit by worse clouds.  Not sure how 
          useful they are.

09:44 start acq on OSU_RV/m35_w38028
         13.82 mag guide star not bright enough.
09:59 closed due to clouds.

10h05 taking MODS calibrations

11:44 reopened as clouds have cleared somewhat.  Wind a bit stronger.
11:45 start acq on OSU_RV/m35_w38028, seeing ~1.8"
