Moon phase: 1st quarter + 3 days

Summary: Clear skies, low wind all afternoon/evening.  Issues/tests of
enclosure shutters delayed opening until astronomical twilight.
Photometric conditions all night, seeing was poor and variable for the
first half (1.3--2.3 arcseconds, but all low elevation targets), very
good for the second half (0.5--0.8 arcseconds).  Minor interruption (9
minutes) in middle of the night when telescope drives lost
power---we re-acquired the target and finished the program.


Completed Programs (Binocular MODS): OSU_ASASSN-14ae, UM_V2648cyg, 
BD284211 (Standard Star)

Also observed 1 hour of ND_lan386 (~0.5 of the program).

02:34 -- Sunset.  Sky is perfectly clear, wind calm.  Some issues with the 
     	shutter doors are delaying opening.

03:45 -- TO decided to test the latch (worried about sun in the morning).

      	 sent +0.12 arcsecond shift to MODS2 (+1 pixel)
04:55 -- Observing 14ae, seeing 0.9 arcseconds
05:24 -- Exposure 3, seeing increased to 1.2 arcseconds 
      	 (elevation is 34 degrees)

05:35 -- Acquiring UM_V2468cyg.  From experience last night (loosing guide star)
      	 we will do lamps before acquisition image.
05:39 -- grlamps and grlamps_mods2 (again with 0.8 arcsecond slit)

06:01 -- Observing UM_V2468cyg, seeing ~2.3 (GCS), DIMM 1.6 arcseconds
06:32 -- Exposure 3:  seeing ~1.2  (GCS), DIMM 1.5 arcseconds
      	 (elevation is 50 degrees), occasional fluctuations to 2.0
07:11 -- Exposure 6:  seeing ~2.0 (GCS), DIMM 1.4, large fluctuations continue
      	 (2.0 to 0.8 arcseconds)

      	 Confirmed no LUCI AO override tonight
