Moon phase: 4 days before Full

Summary: Opened to clear skies and some wind that quickly fell to
normal levels.  Conditions were photometric all night---we observed
bright time LUCI2 targets (all UVa programs).  Seeing was good
(0.8--1.0 arcseconds) for most of the night, exceptional near morning
twilight (0.6 arcseconds).

      	 Seeing 0.9 arcseconds (GCS)
	 may be some issues with scattered light from the Moon
	 (moon angle is 66 degrees)
04:10 -- 18 degree twilight

      	 seeing ~0.8 arcseconds (GCS, good agreement in science images)

	 so no problem with combining these later.

	 Found out that /newdata is not mounted on the LUCI computer.
