Moon phase: 

Summary: Weather was cloudy at start of night, but eventually cleared.
         Did some bright MODS targets while that was happening. There
         was a TCS hardware failure that occured during the ND_ksn14b
         observation, but some of the frames may be useful. We were
         down for approximately 3 hours. When everything was brought
         back online, the weather was great and we did LBC targets
         for the remainder of the night.

         Some haze on horizon. Seeing ~1.2".

         Background is pretty high in this part of the sky.

         These could be improved upon.
