Summary: Delayed opening due to clouds---opened with variable/heavy
clouds that cleared toward morning.  Sudden gusty winds forced us to
close for the last 2 hours.

*** Sudden winds prevented us from getting a standard
star---programs from tonight will have to use tomorrow's.  :(  ***

00:30 -- Sunset.  Conditions are overcast, delayed opening
01:30 -- conditions still overcast
03:30 -- conditions still overcast, may be opening soon
04:06 -- opening up with some cloud cover, should clear soon
04:29 -- acquire assasn16eq for osu_asssasn
04:50 -- assasn16eq, started obs, cannot see source but alligned with fiducial star, seeing ~1.2''

05:01 -- cloud cover persisting, lost guide star ~0.5 through exposure 1 of 16eq

05:11 -- started second exposure, same conditions, mabye slightly clearing
