00:00 -- Handover/start up. LUCI1 had some catastrophic problems delaying the
         actual handover, but we can do the KELT transit with LUCI2 only.
         We're running up MODS/LUCI to kill time, but the wind direction
         could be problematic due to a nearby forest fire.

03:00 -- There's smoke/particulates in the air, so we can't open at the
         moment. Doing some calibrations, but the forecast seems to 
         suggest we won't open tonight.
