Moon phase:

Summary: Closed essentially all night due to high winds. Attempted
         a target just before twilight, only managed one exposure
         before calling it quits.

01:30 -- Fairly cloudy, very high winds.

10:30 -- Wind has calmed down so we're open. Going to try and
         squeeze in a target before the sun comes up.
10:45 -- Started AT2016gxp. Seeing is pretty horrible (partially
         atmosphere, partially dramatic temperature change).
         Also there is an issue with the DX AdSec, so we're using
         MODS1 only.
11:15 -- An attempt was made, but the sky is getting bright and
         the seeing is horrid...these won't be of much use.
