Moon phase: 3rd quarter

Summary: Weather was poor for most of the night. High winds forced us to close
         for several hours and there were thick clouds most of the time we were 
         open. We observed poor-weather targets from OSU's monitor program.

09:25 - LBC control crashed due to unknown error, we had to restart
