Moon Phase: waxing crecent

Summary: 
  Started night with MODS.
  Observe Feige 66 standard star.
  First science target was OSU_ASSASMN18bt, however, the seeing was highly variable. 
  Because the average seeing was trending around 2.0", we switched to LUCI.
  The seeing remained highly variable throughout the night and hit peaks of 2.5-3.0,
  so we remained on LUCI/UVa_Haumea.

Weather Conditions:
 Wind: Low: 5-10 mph all night
 Temp: Stable
 Transparency: Clear night.
 Seeing: Highly variable between 1.0-3.0.

              Seeing is pretty terrible, jumping from 1.5 - 2.5.

03:10 - Acquiring OSU_ASSASN18bt
	      Had a challenge with the shell ripping - possibly due to the wind gusts - but recovered.
03:36 - Observing OSU_ASSASN18bt
              Seeing ~1.15.
03:46 - Lost wind speed information on the dx secondary, so due to safety, had to pause observation to cycle.
03:50 - Resumed observations.
              WFS seeing ~1.00.
03:55 - WFS seeing ~1.05.
04:00 - WFS seeing ~1.10.
04:02 - WFS seeing ~1.20.
04:10 - WFS seeing ~1.10.
04:24 - Noted that MODS2 date hadn't been updated so still says  20180417.
              Last images were mods2b.20180417.0095 and mods2r.20180417.0058.
              Updated to 20180418 after this. 

04:30 - Acquiring OSU_lsbc_d640
        Discussion was had by staff and agreed that wave front sensor was not giving accurate seeing estimates.
        Seeing on Dimm is between 2.5-3.5 and guide star seeing variable between 1.5-2.5.
        We think this means the actual seeing is ~2.0". Since no MODS and LBC programs can stand seeing ~2,
        we are switching to LUCI.

04:40 - Initializing LUCI

05:10 - Starting UVa_Haumea
        Had LUCI2 MOS error and had to call Dave Thompson to reset.
05:25 - Observing solar analog BD+26_2388.
05:40 - Seeing on guide star ~2.0
05:50 - Observing telluric BD+12_2623.
06:00 - Seeing variable around 2.0.
06:08 - Observing UVa_Haumea - finders are challenging 
        Seeing variable between 1.5-2.0.
06:30 - 09:45 - Seeing varied wildly between ~1.25 - 2.5.
	LUCI2 spectra were consistently fainter and a bit fuzzier than LUCI1.
