Date: 2019 July 01 UTC Observers: Pogge, Vallely (on-site) TO: David Gonzalez SA: Dave Thompson (remote from home) Moon phase: Basically New Moon (2% illumination) Summary: Mostly bad weather night, but got some science observations in near the end of the night through moderate cirrus. Calibrations: Standard star feige110 Completed Programs: OSU_dwarf - asassn17dj Details (All times UT): ---------------------------------- 02:30 - Configured for LBC so that we can go after some OSU_monitor targets early in the night. Tons of clouds overhead, so we'll see if that plan actually pans out. 05:00 - Seeing a few stars on the all-sky now, but not clear enough to try opening the dome yet. 08:00 - Now configured for MODS. Going to give it a shot. The sky is partially clear, but definitely still clouds floating around. 09:00 - Beginning science observations of asassn17dj. There's some cirrus, but we could see the target well enough in the acquisition shots. Seeing is about 1.1". 10:10 - Now moving to standard star Feige 110. Comparable ~1.1" seeing. 10:30 - Pretty much to twilight, no sensible targets to go after. Gonna call it a night.
