OSURC run, night 1: UT October 23, 2019

Night began with clear conditions and good seeing. As the night
progressed we experienced periods of somewhat poorer seeing, but within
the bounds set by each program.  It was clear all night long, but with
periods of slightly reduced transparency.

          Left side collimation is not optimal.  Tried re-collimating, but
          did not get good improvement. Get spectra anyhow.

          so slit alignment was difficult and uncertain.
